County Family Support Services
(FSS)
Rehabilitative services available to caregivers of children under the age of 21, who are not Medicaid eligible
Children's Home and Community Based Services (HCBS)
Children requiring extra care to avoid going to the hospital or a long term facility eligible for Medicaid waiver
Community Residence Peer Advocate
Peer support services for the families of children in the community residence and transitioning back to the community
OPWDD Recreation
Monthly recreation and education activities for the eligible child and their siblings and caregivers
Steuben Diversion
Support services for Steuben County families to help maintain children in their home and community
Elmira Psychiatric Family Advisor
Supporting the family throughout the placement process, while in placement and during the transition back to the home and community
Support for YOUTH
CFTSS Youth Peer Support & Training
Formal and informal services and supports provided to young people experiencing social, medical, emotional, developmental, substance use, and/or behavioral challenges
County Youth Peer Support Services
Our Youth-led program is designed to empower and encourage young people typically age 13-21 to engage in healthy choices

STTP
Southern Tier Transformation Program (STTP) Supportive, rehabilitative and educational services for individuals in the community or in a respite home
Adult HCBS
Rehabilitative services for individuals 18yrs or older that meet HCBS waiver criteria
